Quiz: Are you an "Awfulizer?"

Awfulizing is a way of thinking that makes you see everyday challenges in an extremely negative light. An awfulizer tends to see the most catastrophic outcome as soon as something unexpected happens or goes wrong. Let’s say your friend seems preoccupied one day, and you immediately start thinking, “She doesn’t like me anymore. Nobody likes me. I’m terrible at having friends.” Or, you get a bad grade on a test, and can't stop thinking, “I’m going to fail this course. I’ll never finish my degree. I’ll end up unemployed. My life is ruined.”
