Check your stress
The Stress Questionnaire measures two types of stress: stress as load and stress as worry. Stress as load is about the number of things you have to get done at any given time. The more you have to do, the greater your stress as load becomes. Stress as worry is a about worrying how you'll get everything done in time and what others will think about it. In other words, if you worry about not finishing your paper, failing a class or disappointing others, your stress as worry goes up.
You can take the quiz as many times as you wish. We will plot your scores to help you keep track of how your stress as load and stress as worry are changing over time.
